E-Commerce Intern UK (4 - 6 months)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Based in our London office, we are looking for a dynamic and energetic individual as E-Commerce Intern to support E-commerce team with KPI reporting and day-to-day insight to define and implement the Company E-commerce strategy.

 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sustaining the day-to-day marketing activities and team workflow.
  • Social commerce activities:
    • Update Pinterest with all product/content shots;
    • Tag Social posts with products;
    • Ensure Social platforms are updated with latest product drops;
    • Manage moderation & publication of reviews;
    • Manage/update Yotpo.
  • Supporting a website platform relaunch: translations management/ asset collation and stakeholder co-ordinations.
  • Supporting the Merchandising team in Merchandising & Performance marketing activities: NPI drops (manage translations/image uploads/CSV support); EN site updates; Site/Content QA; email builds via Dotdigital.

SKILLS and ATTITUDES

  • English mother tongue or fluent, Italian/French or German will be a plus;
  • Student or graduate in Marketing or related discipline;
  • Strong knowledge about social media tools;
  • Feel comfortable in telephone/verbal skills;
  • Has sense of urgency to provide solutions and address issues;
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects;
  • Ability to think creatively, strategically and identify and resolve problems;
  • Attention to detail.
