CRM Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

Based in our headquarter office in Carpi, Modena (Italy), we are looking for a talented CRM Specialist, who will cooperate with the Champion e-Commerce Team in order to capture the brand DNA and improve market performances across EMEA Region.

The CRM Specialist will primarily be responsible for generating and managing Loyalty & Retention activities including, marketing automation, customer segmentation & email marketing for customers of www.championstore.com.

This is a unique opportunity to establish yourself within a talented, motivated, innovative & fast growing e-Commerce team at Champion Europe.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Define a CRM Strategy & Roadmap for Championstore.com. To include:

  • How we grow our prospect database;
  • Definition of customer lifecycle;
  • Creation of marketing campaigns to drive growth;
  • Marketing automation techniques.

Develop Consumer Segmentation Profiles:

  • Generate dynamic/personalized Journey flows;
  • Generate consumer insight reports (e.g.: buying behaviors’) & feedback into Merchandising & Marketing planning.

Leverage CRM tools to implement strategy:

  • Manage activities using Salesforce Marketing cloud;
  • Assess Marketing Automation solutions to support requirements.

SKILLS and ATTITUDES

  • English mother tongue or highly fluent;
  • Degree in Economics, Marketing or related discipline;
  • A previous international professional experience will be considered a plus;
  • Super-user for tools such as: Salesforce Marketing Cloud;
  • Strong understanding of best practice CRM principles including GDPR;
  • Strong understanding of design/usability best practices for Email Marketing;
  • Strong knowledge of cultural nuances across Europe that may impact design production outputs;
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple functions & departments;
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities to meet aggressive deadlines;
  • Ability to present ideas in a succinct way & with clarity (F2F, via PPT and over the phone);
  • As an ambassador for the team to the wider business, you should embody confidence & urgency – reflective of the      fast pace/innovation associated to e-Commerce.
