For Champion Spain HQ, based in Mataró (Barcelona), we are currently looking for a "Customer Service Representative".

Our aim is to consistently deliver the best customer service and we never lose sight of our goal - customers and final consumers are the focus of everything we do.



  • Communicating with customers by phone, email to provide outstanding service.
  • Building rapport with customers and agents to help them with enquiries including; order taking, product information, tracking deliveries, returns, sizing and quality queries.
  • Discussing new products and managing multiple tasks to promptly resolve customer queries.
  • Identifying ways to improve processes to improve sales, brand loyalty and the customer service and experience.
  • Support the credit department on the customer credit control and AR collection



  • Proficient (verbal & written) in Spanish, with advanced in English. Italian and/or Portuguese knowledge would be appreciated.
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment, preferably in sport/fashion companies.
  • Excellent computer literacy, in particular MS Excel.



  • Able to represent our brand and deliver outstanding customer service with clarity, passion and enthusiasm.
  • Flexible to meet the changing needs and varying deadlines of our business at the busiest time of year.
  • Able to work to customer service measures, metrics and KPIs within a service targeted environment.



Working schedule: 40 hours/week from Monday to Friday
